Larry Beeston is the General Manager - Condominium & Manitoba High Rise Rental Properties. In his position, Larry is responsible for overseeing the management of the Condominium Department, including properties in Winnipeg and Toronto, as well as Highland Tower, the Manitoba high rise rental property which is owned by Lanesborough Real Estate Investment Trust (LREIT). Larry is also responsible for the asset management of the retirement property which is owned by LREIT.

Larry also holds the position of Senior Manager - Financial Reporting for Shelter.

Larry was previously employed by Shelter from 1979 to 1998 and held the position of Senior Manager - Financial Reporting and General Manager - Condominium Management. Prior to re-joining Shelter in 2004, Larry was Vice President of Finance at First Commercial Group Inc./First Commercial Management Inc.

Larry obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1980 and his A.C.C.I. designation from the Canadian Condominium Institute in 1991. Larry also holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba.
